Letter from McFarland Electronics,
After the military I moved to Florida and started working in the Audio Video Industry back in 1999. We specialized in custom homes and new condominium projects. I came back home and began working for a local Custom Audio Video and continued my love of the industry. I decided to help my father run his electrical business and at the same time continue to sell and install audio video equipment on the jobs we were on. My customer base had continued to grow and I decided to start McFarland Electronics, llc. We are generally a word of mouth and referral type of business. My number one goal is customer satisfaction. I have been in the business long enough to know that the bigger the company, the smaller the personal experience is with the customer. I like that not only am I the one that helps you design your system, I will be the one installing, and the one you call with any issues.....day, nights, or weekends, I try to my hardest to respond in a timely manner. I've changed projector bulbs on Superbowl Sunday, I've fixed speakers on Thanksgiving, and I've installed off-air antennas so customers can still watch the game when there is no power.
I am very particular, which I've learned through designers is a good thing. It's also the reason I want to stay smaller.
I feel the bigger the company, the more employees that are just collecting a check.......and not too concerned with you as a customer.
I love what I do for a living, and can't imagine doing anything else.
Thank you and look forward to working with you,
Patrick McFarland, Owner
